We will only ship to the cardholder’s billing address.
Please list name exactly as printed on card.
Ohio residents must pay Ohio sale tax.
Returns/Exchanges/Refunds
At Arcaro’s Saddlery, we strive for customer satisfaction. We want each customer
to be satisfied with their purchase. If unhappy with a purchase, just call for an
authorization, return the product for exchange or credit/refund if the item is in
original condition and within thirty days of receipt.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Arcaro’s does not accept any package sent to us COD, returns of altered
or custom made items, books or any item that has been worn, used or undergone
any type of cleaning process.

Please try on all clothing before removing tags, washing or dry cleaning.
And always remember when trying on boots, do so on carpet only, as
scuffed soles are not returnable.
When returning merchandise, include name, address and phone number. Copy of
receipt/invoice if available. Also include note in box stating items being returned
and if wanting exchanges or refund.
International Shipments
International Shipping options and rates can be calculated by using the shopping cart.
Not all items can be exported such as aerosols and ORM-D’s.
Please check with customs in your country for any possible restrictions.
