Internet Explorer Product Option Help!

Do you get this error (below) when selecting size, color, or other product options?

We can fix this with the steps below.

Step 1:

Click on your internet settings on the top right corner. It will bring down a drop down menu. Go towards the bottom of the list and Click on "Compatibility View Settings". Follow the pictures below for more help.


Step 2:

The window for "Compatibility View Settings" will pop up on the page. You must click "add" for it to work. Make sure the website you're adding is otherwise it will not work. It will then be added to your Compatibility View settings. The Boxes that should have a check mark below that should be in the "Display intranet Sites Compatibility View" Only!



You may then close the window and reload your browser. It should work after adding it to your Compatibility View settings.

If you do not know how to fix it call our store, we will walk you through it. If you do not wish to change it please call the store to order. You also can just use a different browser such as Firefox, or chrome for your convenience.
