What are your store hours?
Monday through Saturday we are open from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are closed Sunday.

What is your return/exchanges/refunds policy?
At Arcaro’s Saddlery, we strive for customer satisfaction. We want each customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If unhappy with a purchase, just call for an authorization, return the product for exchange or credit/refund if the item is in original condition and within thirty days of receipt.

Shipping charges are not refundable.
Arcaro’s does not accept any package sent to us COD, returns of altered or custom made items, books or any item that has been worn, used or undergone any type of cleaning process.

Please try on all clothing before removing tags, washing or dry cleaning. Always remember when trying on boots, do so on carpet only, as scuffed soles are not returnable.

When returning merchandise, include name, address and phone number. Copy of receipt/invoice if available. Also include note in box stating items being returned and if wanting exchanges or refund.

Can I make International purchases?
International Shipping options and rates can be calculated by using the shopping cart.
Not all items can be exported such as aerosols and ORM-D’s.
Please check with customs in your country for any possible restrictions.

Where can I find my account link?
Your Account link is at the top on the menu bar to the right. It is after the "Shipping Policy" link. Another place also is at the bottom, after "Contact Us".

How do I get my pictures of my horse on your website?

What types of payments do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Discover, Visa, American Express, MasterPass, Pay Pal, and Bill Me Later.

For Bill Me Later, you must have an account with them in order for it to work. We can not help you if you do not have an account. Paypal and Bill Me Later are options for payments, but will direct you to their page for information at check out. If you are unable to proceed, then we cannot help you.

What are ORMD products?
ORMD products are Consumer Commodity products. Such as harmful chemicals, Liniments, aerosols, certain polishes. This cannot be shipped by air or shipped by the post office, knowing shipping costs are lower this way, you can only ship UPS Ground. If you are ordering any of these products, you have to choose USP Ground for your whole order, other shipping options will cancel the order. This is only for these products. It will say in the product description and photo if it is a ORMD product.

Do you have a catalog?
Yes, we have a new virtual flip catalog. To view our catalog you can find it on the front home page in the center. You can also find it under "Fun Pages" on the right side column. We have a tack catalog and a clothing catalog.
